3. Failed Deliveries & Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay the required customs duties or taxes:
- Refund Policy: A refund will be issued once the package is safely returned to our warehouse.
- Deductions: The original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover return logistics and handling.
