How to Return

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • A valid receipt or order number is required.
  • Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns due to wrong size selection or personal preference (e.g. fabric feel, style) are not accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@momang.us.
  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
  • Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
