RETURN POLICY

At Momang Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting us. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@momang.us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship It: Pack the items securely and send them to our U.S. Return Center listed below.

4. Return Shipping Address
All authorized returns should be sent to our domestic logistics hub in the United States to ensure faster processing:

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Free Promotional Gifts: Any items received as a free gift through a promotion.
  • Incorrect Size Ordered: We encourage all customers to carefully review our Size Guide before placing an order. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for orders where an incorrect size was selected by the customer.
  • Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: We are unable to accept returns for orders where the customer has changed their mind or no longer has a need for the item after successful delivery.

7. Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where we have shipped the wrong item or the product is defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related reasons or change of mind. The fastest way to resolve an incorrect or defective order is to contact us at support@momang.us with your order number and photos of the item received.
