Refund Policy

At Momang Studio, we want to ensure that our refund process is as transparent and straightforward as our sleepwear. This policy outlines when and how you will receive your money back.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Successful Returns: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier and has not arrived within 30 days of purchase.

  • Cancellations: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order (before it enters the fulfillment process).

2. Refund Process & Timeline

Once a refund is approved, we process it immediately. However, the time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on your payment provider:

  • Approval Notification: We will send you an email as soon as your refund is issued.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Payment Method: Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account for security reasons.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@momang.us.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Costs

  • Free Promotional Gifts: These hold no cash value and cannot be refunded.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
