Defective or Damaged Items

  • We’re happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Please contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the defective product, QR code, or shipping label on the package.
  • Photos or short videos must be taken in good natural lighting (JPG or PDF format).

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

🔹 Haven’t received your order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of purchase, please reach out to Customer Support at support@momang.us. We will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately.

🔹 Package returned to sender?
If your order is returned to us due to shipping issues, we will reship it for free to the address you provided.

🔹 Delayed or missing refunds?
If you haven't received your refund after we’ve confirmed it, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact us at support@momang.us, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
  3. If the refund is still missing, contact your bank. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be processed and reflected in your account.
