Address Issues

We strive to ensure on-time delivery, but providing an accurate and complete address is essential to avoid delays due to:

  • Street name provided but missing house number.
  • Incorrect ZIP code or mismatched city.
  • Missed calls or messages from the carrier.

What You Should Do:

  • First, call your local post office for assistance (USPS Phone: 1-800-275-8777).
  • If you still haven’t received your package, contact our Momang Support Team: support@momang.us.

Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your order confirmation email for accuracy.
  • We allow address modifications within 24 hours of placing your order to prevent shipping issues.

Lost Orders in Unexpected Situations

  • If your order is lost, contact our customer service for guidance and check with your local post office.
  • If your package was lost or stolen after delivery, we will reship it to you for free one time to the address you provided.

Packages Returned to Sender

  • If your package is returned to us by USPS, we will reship it to you for free to the same address you provided.
