Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address

Lost Orders in Unexpected Situations

  • If your package is lost, contact our customer service and your local post office.

  • If the package was lost or stolen after delivery, we’ll reship it one time for free to the original address provided.

If your package is returned to us by USPS, we’ll reship it once for free to the same address you originally provided.
