Address Issues

- Street name provided but missing house number.
- Incorrect ZIP code or mismatched city.
- Missed calls or messages from the carrier.

Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your order confirmation email for accuracy.
- We allow address modifications within 24 hours of placing your order to prevent shipping issues.
Lost Orders in Unexpected Situations
- If your order is lost, contact our customer service for guidance and check with your local post office.
- If your package was lost or stolen after delivery, we will reship it to you for free one time to the address you provided.
Packages Returned to Sender
- If your package is returned to us by USPS, we will reship it to you for free to the same address you provided.
