How to Return

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

• A valid receipt or order number is required.
• Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Returns due to wrong size selection or personal preference (e.g. fabric feel, style) are not accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

• To start a return, please contact us at support@momang.us.
• We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
• Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns on gift cards.
  

• Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
• If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping & Delivery Information

We partner with USPS to handle your orders.

Total Delivery Time: 5-20 Business Days

Once your order is placed, processing begins immediately and may take 1-3 business days before the package is shipped.

When Will You Receive Tracking Information?

• 1-2 business days after processing.
• Your tracking number will be available within the specified time frame and automatically sent to your email. (Tracking page: https://momang.us/tools/trackorder)
• If your tracking status has not been updated within 3 days after the last processing day, please contact our Momang Support Team: support@momang.us. (We will respond within 24 hours.)

When Will You Receive Your Order?

• 5-10 business days after receiving your tracking information.

Address Issues

We strive to ensure on-time delivery, but providing an accurate and complete address is essential to avoid delays due to:

• Missing apartment, building, unit, or floor number.
• Street name provided but missing house number.
• Incorrect ZIP code or mismatched city.
• Missed calls or messages from the carrier.

What You Should Do:

• First, call your local post office for assistance (USPS Phone: 1-800-275-8777).
• If you still haven’t received your package, contact our Momang Support Team: support@momang.us.

Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address

• Please double-check your order confirmation email for accuracy.
• We allow address modifications within 24 hours of placing your order to prevent shipping issues.

Lost Orders in Unexpected Situations

• If your order is lost, contact our customer service for guidance and check with your local post office.
• If your package was lost or stolen after delivery, we will reship it to you for free one time to the address you provided.

Packages Returned to Sender

• If your package is returned to us by USPS, we will reship it to you for free to the same address you provided.
