SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Momang Studio, we want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping time: 10–15 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 15–22 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to be updated after your shipping confirmation email is received.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information for the latest update.
- Contact your local post office or customs office.
- Reach out to us at support@momang.us if the issue remains unresolved.
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note that Momang Studio is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or file a claim with the carrier directly.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Momang Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@momang.us — we will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they enter the fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately at support@momang.us if you need to cancel your order.
