At Momang Homewear, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by optimizing our global logistics. To ensure product availability and efficient delivery, we utilize a dual-warehouse fulfillment model.

1. Shipping Origins

To offer a diverse catalog and maintain strict quality control, our operations are conducted from two primary locations:

• Main Operations (Vietnam): Most orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our headquarters and primary production warehouse in Binh Duong, Vietnam.

• U.S. Fulfillment Center (California): Select high-demand items and restocked products are dispatched directly from our facility in City of Industry, California, to expedite local delivery whenever possible.

Note: Orders are automatically routed to the most appropriate warehouse based on real-time stock availability and your shipping destination.

2. Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please refer to the estimated timelines below:

• Order Processing: 3–5 business days (Includes order verification, quality check, and packaging).

• Shipping Time: 7–10 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days.

During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes and carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact us at support@momang.us.

4. Address Accuracy

To prevent delays or delivery failures, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

• Missing apartment, suite, building, or floor numbers.

• Incorrect ZIP codes or city/state information.

• Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect contact details.

Address Changes: We allow modifications within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in the fulfillment process.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

• Local Assistance: For immediate updates regarding delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office or USPS (1-800-275-8777) first.

• Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, we will provide a full resolution (replacement or refund).

• Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, we will conduct a case review. Depending on the findings, a one-time replacement may be offered.

• Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to carrier error or insufficient address, we can reship it once to the original address after verifying your details.

How to Return

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unused products. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• A valid receipt or order number is required.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to Customer Support at support@momang.us. We will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately.

🔹 Package returned to sender?
If your order is returned to us due to shipping issues, we will reship it for free to the address you provided.

🔹 Delayed or missing refunds?
If you haven't received your refund after we’ve confirmed it, please:

1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact us at support@momang.us, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
3. If the refund is still missing, contact your bank. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be processed and reflected in your account.

• Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the specific cases outlined above (defective items, incorrect products, or lost orders).
• Returns due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size selection, buying the same product from multiple sources, change of mind, or fabric/style preference) are not accepted.
• A valid receipt or order number is required for all return/refund requests.
