Note: Orders are automatically routed to the most appropriate warehouse based on real-time stock availability and your shipping destination.

2. Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please refer to the estimated timelines below:

• Order Processing: 3–5 business days (Includes order verification, quality check, and packaging).

• Shipping Time: 7–10 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days.

How to Return

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

• It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

5. Return Shipping Fees

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake (wrong size, defective product), we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

• Personal Preference: For returns due to change of mind or style preference, we still offer Free Returns to ensure you find the perfect fit. Please contact us for a return label.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• Free Promotional Gifts: Any items received as a free gift through a promotion.
